Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. If you have received damaged or incorrect order, please email us at blaqberriskn@outlook.com within five (5) days from the date you received your order. We are unable to receive any requests after this timeframe.
Due to the small batch nature of the products in our shop, we do not offer cancellation or refunds. However, if it is the error of Blaqberri we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Any processed refund will not include shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please consult with your banking institution for information on their processing timeframe.
Please Note: We will not issue a refund if the product/s is returned to us for wrong or incomplete address. However, you may contact us via email at blaqberriskn@outlook.com to have it resent to you (shipping charges will be re-applied at your cost)
We do not offer address changes after purchase. However, once you receive your tracking number you can contact your mail carrier and see if they are able to reroute your package (unfortunately this option is not guaranteed).
- For USPS, call 1(800) 222-1811and press 3 when prompted or visit USPS, select Receive then Intercept a Package.
- For FedEx, call 1 (800) 463-3339 and say “address change” when prompted, or sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager
- For UPS, visit UPS My Choice to change the address, date, time and location of delivery.UPS My Choice
Orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped on Fridays. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday it will be processed on the next business day.
Please Note: Please refer to your tracking number for updates and your expected delivery date. If mail carriers are experiencing delays please anticipate a later delivery date.
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If your tracking information shows that it was delivered, but you are unable to locate it within 48 hours of expected delivery:
- Search your delivery location
- Search for a notice of attempted delivery
- Check with neighbors to see if someone else accepted the delivery
- Contact mail carrier directly so they can begin their investigation

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support at blaqberriskn@outlook.com within five (5) days from the date you received your order. We are unable to receive any requests after this timeframe.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
