Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. Please email us at blaqberriskn@outlook.com or use our contact form.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we works towards resolving the issue. Please email us at blaqberriskn@outlook.com within five (5) days from the date you received your order. We are unable to receive any requests after this timeframe
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards/certificates. All sales are final.
Exchanges
Due to Covid-19 we are unable to accept exchanges.
Refunds
Due to the small batch nature of the products in our shop, we do not offer cancellation or refunds. Please Note: We will not issue a refund if the product/s is returned to us for wrong or incomplete address. However, you may contact us via email at blaqberriskn@outlook.com or our contact form to have it resent to you (shipping charges will be re-applied at your cost)
