Shipping policy

At this time we only ship domestically. All orders are processed in 1-3 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are processed Mondays thru Fridays excluding holidays. All orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on Monday. All shipments are mailed each week on Fridays. Courier rates are added to the total cost of order and is calculated based on total weight of shipment and location of delivery. In instances where packages are  returned to us for wrong or incomplete address we will not issue a refund. However, you may contact us via email at blaqberriskn@outlook.com to have it resent to you (shipping charges will be reapplied at your cost). If address is incorrect and it is our (Blaqberri Handmade Skincare) error, it will be resent to you at our cost once we receive from you an updated mailing address.
